Do you work onsite or remotely?
All of our work can be done remotely. Depending on proximity and travel, we are available for in person meetings.

What if I want to combine packages?
We understand that not all projects are the same and are willing to create customized packages for clients dependent on their needs. Email us and we’d be happy to figure out a plan of action that best works for you.

How long do your contracts last for?
Each project is different, and we will work in a timeline and goals to meet for each project.

Are you just going to teach me how to use Twitter?
No–we’re focused on delving deeper into editorial and marketing tools to gain unique insights that are valuable and actionable. While social media is often a useful component of marketing campaigns, we prefer to think about the strategy around it, and how it works within a larger framework.

Lennia Consulting Group’s founders have over twelve combined years of publishing experience. With a passion for innovation, the interplay of digital and print, and new markets, Lennia is committed to keeping your business at the forefront of the industry.

Ellen Duffer

Ellen Duffer is the managing editor and blog editor of Ploughshares, the award-winning publisher based in Boston, but has held positions at The Paris Review, The Adirondack Review, Smart Pop Books, and Donadio & Olson. She holds an MA in Integrated Marketing Communication and a BFA in Writing, Literature & Publishing from Emerson College, is a recent graduate of the Yale Publishing Course, and served as a 2017 judge for the CLMP Firecracker Awards. She specializes in content marketing and editing for the web.

Erin Jones

Erin Jones has eight years of professional marketing experience. Before becoming the head of marketing at Ploughshares, Jones was part of the marketing and communications team at HMS, a Fortune 500 healthcare technology company, where her work earned her a Gold Quill award from the International Association of Business Communicators. Jones, who has her MFA in Creative Writing, is a freelance editor and writer, podcast host, and affiliated faculty at Emerson College.
